The Preston Highways Improvement Plan
In July 2018, a Preston Highways Improvement Plan was published with speeding and pedestrian safety as the key factors. A number of problems (i.e. hotspots) were identified and the Parish Council drew up recommendations for action.
A Highways Improvement Plan - status update report has also been produced showing the traffic issues that were identified together with proposed solutions. It also shows the costs involved and progress that has been made.
